YDZM Community Services was founded by Dariana Barreras and Jorge Lopez, two dedicated Social Workers committed to transforming mental health care through innovation and compassion. Our agency is built on the belief that holistic, person-centered care is the key to lasting wellness. We specialize in Social Work, Individual and Group Therapy under the Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) model to ensure a seamless, multidisciplinary approach to treatment. Through close collaboration with licensed clinicians, social workers and behavioral health case managers, we provide structured, evidence-based interventions that empower individuals to regain control of their lives. Our mission is to eliminate barriers to mental health services, fostering emotional resilience and social reintegration through culturally competent, accessible, and clinically excellent care.
